402 25th St Watervliet NY 12189

Admission is $15.

Ukrainian American Cultural Center presents 2024 Academy Awards winning documentary 20 Days in Mariupol. This is the first Oscar for Ukraine and an astonishing work of journalists who continued their work in a dangerous besieged city to bring the world truth about the war. In addition to the film, we will show interviews with doctors, and residents that were in Mariupol during the siege.

This event is organized by Ukrainian Solidarity Captain District and all proceeds are donated to UCCA (Ukrainian Congress Committee of America local chapter) and MR4U (Medical Relief for Ukraine) local charities for medical and humanitarian aid to Ukraine.

The world has been watching the horror of a full-scale invasion of Ukraine by the state of Russia. As the Capital Region is home to thousands of Ukrainian Americans, the Community came together in unified effort to raise funds for humanitarian needs of the refugees and the front line in Ukraine.
