The world has been watching the horror of a full-scale invasion of Ukraine by the state of Russia. As the Capital Region is home to thousands of Ukrainian Americans, the Community came together in unified effort to raise funds for humanitarian needs of the refugees and the front line in Ukraine.
UPCOMING FUNDRAISING EVENT:
Since February 24, 2022, we have been actively engaged in demonstrations, prayers & other events in the Capital Region, while providing humanitarian aid to Ukraine. We helped with purchases of medical supplies, evacuation vehicles, life saving gear, generators, socks... We also made $5000 contribution to Brave Children of Ukraine a non profit that helps Ukrainian children who's parents serve in the arm forces or died defending Ukraine.
